Seasoned Kelp, Mushroom and Sesame



[Ingredient] 50g kelp for wrapping(ssam),150g mattari mushroom


[Sauce] 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, sesame



Recipe



  1. Wash kelp cleanly, remove moisture and julienne it.

  2. Trim mushroom, blanch in boiling water, wash, and remove moisture.

  3. Put kelp and mushroom on dish and mix them with sauce.
