Seasoned Kelp Dried Calamari
[Ingredient] 50g dried kelp, 50g dried calamari, 1 tbsp cooking wine
[Sauce] 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp starch syrup, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1
tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp
- Blanch dried kelp slightly in boiling water.
- Cut dried calamari in length of goody and mix with 1 tsp of cooking wine.
- Mix the ingredients of sauce finely.
- Make sauce for seasoning in big bowl, put dried calamari and kelp in 3 and mix them well that sauce is not being crumpled.
