Kelp Noodle

Kelp Noodle

[Ingredient] 140g kelp noodle, 20g zucchini, 1 egg, cooking oil

[Sauce] 25g anchovy for soup, 1 10x10cm dried kelp, 1/2 onion, 2 white part of string onion, 2 tbsp rice wine, 5 cup water, 1tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Put all the ingredients of soup in pot, when it boils in high heat, remove kelp, boil it in low heat for about 10min and put them in colander.

  2. Peel zucchini and stir-fry it slightly in pan.

  3. Make egg slice.

  4. Put enough water in pot, boil in high heat, then put noodles and boil. When bubble comes up, pour cold water for
    2 or 3 times, boil noodles to be tighten, put them in colander, wash them in cold water and remove moisture.

  5. Put noodles, zucchino and egg in dish and pour soup over them.
