Kelp and Zuchinno Pancake

[Ingredient] 40g salted kelp, 1/2 zuchinno, 1/6 onion, 5g carrot, 1 egg, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 pan frying powder, 1 tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp salt, cooking oil


  1. Wash salted kelp cleanly, remove saltiness and julienne it finely.

  2. Julienne zuchinno, onion and carrot finely.

  3. Make dough with egg, pan frying powder, water and salt. (By considering saltiness of kelp, control the quantity of salt

  4. Put 1 tbsp of flour in dough and mix well.

  5. Put oil in heated pan, spread dough in thin size in pan spoon by spoon.

  6. Cook it in medium heat by adding.
