Kelp and Zuchinno Pancake
[Ingredient] 40g salted kelp, 1/2 zuchinno, 1/6 onion, 5g carrot, 1 egg, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 pan frying powder, 1 tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp salt, cooking oil
- Wash salted kelp cleanly, remove saltiness and julienne it finely.
- Julienne zuchinno, onion and carrot finely.
- Make dough with egg, pan frying powder, water and salt. (By considering saltiness of kelp, control the quantity of salt
- Put 1 tbsp of flour in dough and mix well.
- Put oil in heated pan, spread dough in thin size in pan spoon by spoon.
- Cook it in medium heat by adding.
