Kelp Fried Tofu Sushi

[Ingredient] 1 tbsp rice kelp, 2 cup rice, 12-14 commercial seasoned fried tofu, 1 15x10cm kelp ssam, 1/2 egg slice, 1 tbsp minced broccoli, 1 crab meat, 1 tsp fried onion


  1. Put 1 tbsp of rice kelp in 2 cups of rice and cook rice.

  2. Put 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 tsp of salt in hot rice, mix and cool slightly.

  3. Chop egg slice finely and also chop crab meat.

  4. Put chopped egg slice, broccoli, crab meat and onion in 2, mix them to coat well, and fill fried tofu with them.

  5. Cut kelp ssam into 0.5cm and make a band.

  6. Wrap the surface of fried tofu with kelp band.
