Kelp Nuts Roll
[Ingredient] 250g kelp for wrapping (ssam), 210g rice, salt, pepper
- Wash kelp ssam under running water, remove moisture and cut into width of 4~5cm and length of 15cm.
- Make nuts ssamjang. After roasting nuts in dried pan and if roasting smell comes up, then put kelp broth, soybean paste sauce, gochujang and minced garlic in it and stir-fry a little. Finish with putting sesame oil in them.
- Put salt and sesame oil in rice, mix well and make a bite-size rice ball.
- Wrap rice ball with kelp and put ssamjang on it.
