Kelp Nuts Roll



[Ingredient] 250g kelp for wrapping (ssam), 210g rice, salt, pepper



Recipe



  1. Wash kelp ssam under running water, remove moisture and cut into width of 4~5cm and length of 15cm.

  2. Make nuts ssamjang. After roasting nuts in dried pan and if roasting smell comes up, then put kelp broth, soybean paste sauce, gochujang and minced garlic in it and stir-fry a little. Finish with putting sesame oil in them.

  3. Put salt and sesame oil in rice, mix well and make a bite-size rice ball.

  4. Wrap rice ball with kelp and put ssamjang on it.
