Seasoned Kelp and Fish Sauce
[Ingredient] 70g salted kelp, 1/2 red pepper, 1/4 onion
[Sauce] 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, chopped green onion, garlic, a pinch of salt
- Wash salted kelp under running water, soak it in cold water for about 1hr to remove saltiness, trim and slice into width of 0.3cm.
- Make sauce for seasoning.
- Remove seeds of red pepper and julienne it into 0.2cm. Julienne onion thinner.
- Put kelp, red pepper and onion in wide dish and mix them with sauce softly.
