Cold Semogasari Jellyfish Salad

[Ingredient] 20g dried semogasari, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 onion, 300g jellyfish, 1 tbsp sesame

[Marinate jellyfish] 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt

[Sauce] 2 tbsp light mustard, 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cold Semogasari Jellyfish Salad Recipe

  1. Soak dried semogasari in cold water for 10min and slice it in 2-3cm.

  2. Julienne cucumber and onion.

  3. Wash jellyfish in cold water several times, soak it in boiling water slightly and strain, then put marinate in it and mix.

  4. Prepare sauce.

  5. Put jellyfish, semogasari, onion, cucumber and marinade in the big bowl, and finish with sesame.
