Seaweed Devil’s-tongue Jelly Salad
[Ingredient] 20g assorted dried seaweeds, 350g devil’s-tongue jelly, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sesame, 1 tsp chopped green onion
Seaweed Devil’s-tongue Jelly Salad Recipe
- After blanching sliced devil's-tongue jellies(7cm) in boiling water, mix them with 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- Soak assorted dried seaweeds in cold water with 2 drops of vinegar, put them in the colander and drain.
- Put the devil's-tongue jellies and salt in a big ball and mix
- Put the assorted dried seaweeds, sesame oil, sesame and chopped green onion in 3 and mix them slowly.
