Sea String Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Sea Food (Sea String Japchae)
[Ingredient] 100g salted sea string, 2 abalone, 100g glass noodle, 1/2 squid, 1/4 cucumber, 1/2 onion, 1 egg, 30g flesh of manila clam, 30g cooking oil
[Sauce] 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, pepper, 1 tbsp cooking oil
Recipe
- Soak salted sea string in cold water for 30min, remove saltiness, trim cleanly and cut into 5cm.
- Trim abalone, remove offal, and peel squid and slice in width of 0.2~0.3cm by making cut inside of ir.
- Peel cucumber and salt it.
- Boil 6cups of water, put glass noodles in it, boil for 6min and strain.
- Julienne onion and make white egg slice.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry trimmed squid, abalone, clam, onion and cucumber and cook them, then put class noodles, sea string and sauce and stir-fry for just about 1min.
