Seasoned Sea String and Balloon Flower Salad



[Ingredient] 100g salted sea string, 4~5 root ballon flower salad, 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp green plum juice


[Sauce] 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame, 1/2 tsp minced garlic



Recipe



  1. Soak salted sea string in cold water for 30min, remove saltiness, trim cleanly and mix with 2 tbsp of green plum juice.

  2. Julienne balloon flower salad finely, put 1 tbsp of salt, knead and wash to remove bitterness.

  3. Make sauce.

  4. Mix balloon flower with sauce till it becomes red.

  5. Put sea string in it and mix.
