Changbogo ( - 841)Changbogo was a top naval commander in the late eighth to the early ninth century. As a young man, Changbogo was the Junior Commander for Mooryeonggun at Kansu during the Tang Dynasty. Later, he swept the pirates from the seas and dominated maritime trade in Northeast Asia after establishing Cheonghaejin in Wando.
